Many people ask the same question what is the difference between human development and human resources are the the same?!

The answer is no.Many people think the human development is the HR but in reality human resources (HR) is totally differ of human development.Human resources have many departments one of them called training and development which human development part.

Human resources departments are:-

*Recruitment and selection.
*motivation system.
*policy of the company.
*training and development.
*salaries system.
*organizational structure.
*Insurance.
*performance evaluation.

these are the most important mission of human resource department on the company one of them training and development which is the mission of trainers of human development which contains some skills that human need to develop himself.

now, we can differ easy between human development and human resources.

Human development is simulated in many skills as:-

*personal skills (leadership, time management, setting goals, ...etc) and others.
*NLP Hypnosis, attraction law, ....etc>>>this simulate life and life's tools skills.
*cort program which simulate mind skills.

There will be many shapes of human development but these 3 skills are the most important skills that human need to improve his live.Human development is more wider than what we mention but what we mention no one can leave these skills to improve his life.

You can have one life you can waste it and instead you can use it by full useful ways so, take this skills to improve yourself i mean your life.

solve your problems by creative thinking

How many times you say "This problem can't be solved"?Have you 

sometimes felt stumped feeling that a problem can't be solved?

The pressure of having to solve such a problem may be 

overwhelming, but don't worry. With some creative problem solving 

techniques, you can see your problem in a different light. And that 

light might just be the end of the tunnel that leads to possible 

solutions.


First and before talking about the way to solve the problems is 

that may be we don't look hard for the problems and just say we 

have problems and it is very difficult to solve.trying to understand 

the problem and having a concrete understanding of its workings is 

integral to solving it. If you know how it works, then you have a 

better foundation towards solving the problem.

Second of all, try to take note of all of the constraints and 

assumptions you have about the problem. Sometimes it's these 

assumptions that obstruct our view of possible solutions. You have 

to identify which assumptions prove valid and which ones need to 

be addressed.

Third, try to solve the problem in small steps. Solve it going from 

general view towards the more detailed  parts of the problem. This 

is called the top-down approach. Write down the question, and then 

come up with a one sentence solution, a general statement of what 

will solve the problem. From here you can develop the solution 

further.

Lastly, be patient. As long as you persevere, you increase the chances that a solution will present itself. No one created a perfect 

breakthrough invention the first time around.

So, the next time you see a problem you think you can't solve, think again. The solution might just be staring you right in the face. All it takes is just a little creative thinking and some planning and work.

sitcom, or idly search several websites in 30 minutes.  In less than 

30 minutes, our nation was rocked and a record was set by one man 

at Virginia Tech.  In less than 30 minutes, a doctor can deliver life 

changing news.  In a split second, accidents happen that forever 

take our loved ones from us.  Sorry for the shock factor, but I want 

you to understand that time stands still for no one, and we all have 

24 hours in a day.  Take eight hours away for sleeping, and we are 

left with 16 hours.  So, are you spending your time in this precious 

life exactly the way you want to?

life.  Go ahead.  Make a list of your priorities.

You may think, "If only my spouse, my boss, my co-workers, my parents, my children understood me and helped me achieve my dreams or did what I wanted or what is best for me, then life would be great." If you wait and hope for things to be different or for others to provide you with results or happiness, you are at effect, or a victim of circumstances. And really, how satisfying is that? How satisfying do you think it is for others to be around you? Believing that someone else is responsible for your happiness or your different moods is very limiting and gives this person mystical powers over you, which can cause both you and the other person a great deal of anguish.

Listen to your audience and know their interests if you make this step, you can collect more and more audiences which make leader more strong.

Make a credibility with your audience make them trust you and need your opinion when they face a problem make sure that if they trust you, they will do what you want any time.


Third step:-
Connect Emotionally. Your connection to your audience must demonstrate both intellectual and emotional commitment to your position. Successful persuaders cultivate an accurate sense of their audience's emotional state, and they adjust their arguments tone accordingly. Whatever your position, you must match your emotional fervor to your audience's ability to receive your message.

these are the most effective points to understand and move your audience and make the strong leader.
